L’UPVD est une université pluridisciplinaire favorisant l’égalité des chances, avec un fort ancrage territorial en Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée : 4 sites à Perpignan et 4 autres dans les Pyrénées-Orientales (Canet, Tautavel et Font-Romeu, Port-Vendres), 3 sites dans l’Aude (2 à Narbonne et 1 à Carcassonne) et deux sites délocalisés à Paris et au Maroc.
Comptant environ 9500 étudiants dont 350 doctorants, l’UPVD emploie près de 450 personnels enseignants-chercheurs et enseignants, 400 personnels administratifs et techniques et plus de 600 vacataires. L’université compte 5 facultés et 3 instituts. Forte de ses 17 laboratoires dont beaucoup sont liés à des instituts nationaux (ex. CNRS), de ses deux fédérations de recherche, de ses écoles doctorales, l’UPVD est en pointe sur les enjeux sociétaux actuels, notamment la transition écologique, la biodiversité et l’adaptation des plantes aux changements climatiques. Ses axes de recherche concernent plus généralement le monde du vivant, les sciences et techniques, les lettres et sciences humaines mais également le droit, les sciences économiques et le management. Across embodies the vision of a European Cross-Border University, encompassing nine partner universities across four border regions in Europe. Our unique collaboration allows us to address cross-border challenges arising from increased mobility demands and the legal, economic, and cultural disparities between countries. Across aims to tackle these challenges through a variety of innovative activities.
Supporting these activities, the UPVD Across Project Manager ensures successful implementation of the Erasmus+ project inside the University of Perpignan as well as efficient and effective cooperation with the alliance governance. The project manager also manages the UPVD Across team.
Key Activities :
Head of the UPVD Across Office and its team: financial assistant and workpackage coordinators (governance, education, research & innovation and dissemination).
Ensure efficient and effective operation of Across governance :
Prepare with his/her tem agendas, documents and minutes for the Across meetings (Rectors Board, Executive Board, WP and task boards).
Support implementing units in relevant activities and encourage inter-unit networking.
Organize and coordinate the ongoing development of Across.
Represent Across at internal and external stakeholder events.
Project coordination for the Erasmus+ project (and potential future projects):
Budget responsibility.
Monitoring and ensuring the timeline for achieving defined activities, milestones and deliverables.
Interaction with the project leader (Technische Universität Chemnitz) and compiling reports for the European Commission.
Regular updating with Vice-President for international and cross-border relations at UPVD.

Connaissances :
Proven project management experience, preferably in international academic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
A Master’s degree ; an MBA or equivalent management qualification is preferred.
Expertise in organizational development, preferably with a sound organizational understanding of university processes.
Savoir-faire :
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (both verbally and written).
Attention to detail and strong capacity to maintain accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to established guidelines.
Excellent command of English (minimum C1); proficiency in a second language of an Across university is preferred, particularly German to facilitate communication with the coordinating institution.
Proficiency in state-of-the-art digital tools, in particular Microsoft Office, cloud document storage, project management tools.
Savoir-être :
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and distributed teams across various organizational levels.
Interest in travelling and working in different locations.
Strong service orientation.
Encadrement : Reporting directly to the Vice-President of International and Cross-Border Relations, the Across Project Manager will manage a team of 3 to 6 people.
Contraintes : Travels and attending to the Across meetings.
Temps de travail : Le protocole sur le temps de travail en vigueur à l’UPVD prévoit un temps de travail effectif de 37h30 hebdomadaires et 57 jours de congés annuels.
Fourchette salariale : Le protocole de gestion des personnels contractuels en vigueur à l’UPVD prévoit une grille de rémunération en fonction de l’expérience de l’agent sur le poste concerné. Pour ce poste de catégorie A (IGR), la fourchette salariale est comprise entre 2312 € bruts et 2575 € bruts.
